An obvious starter for clients new to video is to create a short film on your home page to explain your promise to potential customers. As humans we are intrigued by live action videos featuring people so feature yourself not an animation film or voice over. We script messages to be short and sweet but remember this video needs to be well thought out and give a cogent strong message that sums up your business. Use this video to nail down the core essence of your business message and when you get it right it will pay off big time. 3 USE SNACK VIDEOS
Whenever we film a video we always make sure we shoot some extra footage for clients to create what we call snack videos. These videos are around 15 seconds for social media usage and 6 seconds for Vine. We like to make sure our clients have a variety of video – a typical package is a 3 minute video for the website home page, a couple of snack videos to use on twitter, face book or LinkedIn to drive traffic to the site and the 6 second vine short to complete a 360 degree video use package.
